We are a fitness and health company that believes in taking care of your temple through natural methods. We offer fitness and nutritional services including personal training, group workouts and bootcamp classes, workout plans, assistance with grocery shopping, assistance with meal preparation, healthy meal ideas and online coaching and training.

Stay young by moving your body and taking care of your body!

✅Strength Training- I train 2x-3x a week
✅Cardio-Typically 4x a week after I train or after Pilates class.
✅ I enjoy either walking on an incline for 30 minutes, running outdoors, or walking on the stairmaster for my cardio sessions.
✅Pilates- Once a week-Works the smaller muscle groups
✅Eat your fruits, vegetables, and adequate amounts of protein.
✅Get regular massages and chiropractor adjustments.
✅ Work out outdoors as much as possible.
✅ Keep your circle tight and stress-free 🤗

As I approach 40 I have to make sure to maintain my health!

Weight loss should be slow and sustainable.

I have been able to maintain my weight loss of close to 20lbs for almost 2 months.

It took about 4 months for me to lose it.

I would like to lose another 10 pounds bringing me to 180 lbs but I am happy right here as well. 🤗

There is no fast sustainable way to lose weight.

You have to figure out what works for you and stick to that.

You also don't have to be super restrictive. It's about balance. Live a little!!!
