Today is National Mammography DayπŸŽ€
A mammogram can detect breast cancer before symptoms appear, giving you the best chance at successful treatment. Women considered at average risk for developing breast cancer should follow the following guidelines:

🩷 Women 40-54: annual mammograms
🩷 Women 55 and older: if in good health, annual or biennial (every other year) mammograms

πŸ’— Early detection saves lives. If you're due for screening, now is the perfect time to schedule your mammogram and take control of your health.
