Spirit, Mind & Body My programs are tailored to each individual. I know how low your low can feel. I’ve been there. Most of my programs begin with a focus on your physical health.

Through personal training, nutritional counseling, and holistic life coaching, I help you identify the issues that keep you from being the best version of yourself and teach you the skills you need to live a happy life. The first step is to schedule a FREE consultation where I can assess your situation and provide clarity on how we could work together to achieve your goals. I know what it’s like to go through surgery, radiation chemotherapy, physical therapy, vestibular therapy and Craniosacral therapy. We’ll get your body moving in a way that is right for you and helps you to regain strength and start feeling good. Do you suffer from hereditary high cholesterol? You’re not alone. My total cholesterol levels were consistently hovering at 230 with both my HDL and LDL considered outside of normal range. My doctor was clear that if I didn’t get my cholesterol levels below 200, he would have to put me on a statin. I was determined not to rely on medication for the rest of my life. I knew I needed my levels to come down, but I didn’t know how to do it because my current exercise-diet regiment wasn’t getting me the results I needed. That’s when I read the book, The China Study, and subsequently enrolled in a six week, whole food, plant based course offered by the book’s author, Dr. T. Colin Campbell. Dr. Campbell’s course was extremely educational and eye-opening for me. My two key takeaways were:
Increase your intake of dietary fiber with whole grains, nuts, and seeds.
Decrease your intake of animal protein.
I am not a vegan or a vegetarian, but I was that guy who thought he had to eat his weight in grams of protein per day in order to maintain muscle mass (way too much). And the majority of that protein was coming from an animal product. Since adhering to what the course was teaching, I am happy to report that today, my cholesterol sits at 176 with both my LDL and HDL considered healthy. Are you in need of a change?
