Great turnout at the Regency at Prospect for Monday night’s Steps to Safety presentation! We were excited to have 35 engaged residents join us for an evening focused on safety, preparedness, and prevention.

Our Health Educator, Hilary, was joined by Fire Marshal Mark Goletz, who co-presented and shared information about the File of Life program being implemented for residents. Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in the discussion!

Our first "A Matter of Balance" class began April 21st at the Cheshire YMCA with 9 participants.

This evidence-based, 8-session program helps adults 60+ reduce their fear of falling, improve strength and balance, and stay active and independent.
