We had a wonderful afternoon celebrating a HUGE milestone for our Healthcare Center! 🎉
In 2025, we earned a 5-Star CMS Overall Rating for the majority of the year ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and achieved 5-Star Staffing for all 12 months—an incredible testament to our team’s dedication. We were also honored with Best Short-Term Rehabilitation recognition from U.S. News & World Report!

A heartfelt thank-you to all of our ELIM ANGELS for the outstanding care, compassion, and commitment you provide each and every day. This achievement belongs to you. 💙

We are so thankful for our Elim angels on our maintenance and landscaping teams. Every snowstorm, they work tirelessly to keep our campus safe, roadways clear, and even clear snow off each resident’s car so they can get out if needed after the storm. It’s been a snowy winter, and we are incredibly grateful for their hard work, dedication, and care for our community. 🚜❄️
