If you have a child that could benefit from learning some social skills (among other tools) and they are ages 8-10 years old, please call our office to see if this group would be a fit. We are excited to offer this much needed weekly group starting in less than a month. Some topics that will be covered include communication skills, identifying emotions, positive self talk, zones of regulation, understanding perspectives, being a problem solver, and practicing these skills. 🧩

If you know anyone who is in need of psychiatric medication support, I’d love to share that we are accepting new patients and have fairly short wait times to get scheduled. I have been with this group since October 2023 and love working with my fellow nurse practitioners and am constantly impressed with their knowledge, skills, and ever-present compassion.
