Pickering Equine is a large animal equine rehabilitation facility owned and operated by Hope Batchelor, DVM, an FEI-certified veterinarian as well as an avid show rider. Pickering Equine, based in Chester Springs, PA offers an array of rehabilitation capabilities, including an aqua trainer, horse gym 2000 dry treadmill, shockwave therapy and a class 4 regenerative laser. Each horse at Pickering Eq

uine receives their own customized plan, as formulated by Dr.Batchelor and/or the referring veterinarian. Referring veterinarians are welcomed and encouraged to monitor horses' progress throughout the rehabilitation process with the staff. Pickering equine is the ideal rehabilitation destination for the east coast's top performance horses.

We are looking to add a part-time team member to help in the rehab barn. Duties include prepping horses for the dry and water treadmills, putting horses on the treadmills and other therapy equipment, feeding and turnout, grooming, assisting with recheck exams and veterinary procedures.
