✨ Honoring Grief: A Ritual-Based Journey Toward Healing ✨

Thank you to everyone who has already reached out about this upcoming class—I’m truly moved by the interest and the conversations it has sparked. 🌿

This gathering is more than a class; it’s an experience of shared healing. Through reflection, ritual, and community connection, we’ll walk together through the many “gates” of grief—death, endings, unmet dreams, and even the quiet longings for what we never had. Each participant will also create and carry home a unique hand-crafted symbol of our shared circle.

Grief takes many forms—death, the end of a relationship, the loss of a dream, or the ache of something we never had. Honoring Grief: A Ritual-Based Journey Toward Healing offers a compassionate space to explore and express these layered sorrows. Through guided reflection, community practices, and sacred ritual, we will move from silent suffering to shared healing. Join us as we reconnect with the deeper wisdom that grief carries and the life that waits on the other side.

Course Overview:
This course invites participants into a sacred space to explore the transformative power of grief through five distinct “gates” of loss, accompanied by healing rituals, reflection, and community practice and craft. Participants will learn to recognize, express, and ritualize their sorrow, cultivating compassion, connection, and emotional vitality. Participants will have a unique, hand crafted symbol of community to take home with them at the end of class!

Class is being held Sunday, September 28 2-5pm (weather dependent) at 1511 Yellow Springs Rd, Chester Springs (my house which is about 1 min from the office). Investment is $75. Please message me to reserve a spot. Space is limited to 10 participants.

We will explore what was revealed from our personal and collection shadow during 2024 and how that impacts the future and potential of 2025. What sabotaging identities in you need to die so that you can shine the light of your soul? What in you keeps the dead alive? What is your comfort with the natural death and rebirth cycle? How can you be a beacon of light in a time of so much darkness in the world? How can you stay connected to sources of Grace to sustain your Light? Jenna will be teaching us breath work exercises to add to your light prqctice tool box Class investment is $50 and limited to 10 people. Venmo -Chapman-25 to reserve your spot.
