Our Women's Circle made the news!

A little less than a year ago, I took a leap of faith and opened a Retreat Center - leasing the space right above my acupuncture clinic in Chester Springs.

My dream was to create a place for yoga classes, my signature Yin and Pin events, Community Acupuncture, Women’s Circles, and retreats.

I wasn't exactly sure how it would go, I just knew I wanted a space to offer these things that have been living inside of me for so long.

And now each offering has grown into something even more meaningful than I imagined. Watching this space fill with connection, laughter, and community makes all the blood sweat and tears of running two businesses all worth it lol.

Recently a reporter reached out and asked to do a story on our Women's Circle. How awesome is that?! I am so grateful that this exposure will allow more women to find us.

I launched the first Women's Circle last fall and it quickly sold out! Each month we had a different theme and we also had plenty of time to be seen, heard, and to connect in a meaningful way.

The next circle is forming now and spots are filling quickly. We start in April and meet one Saturday per month for 6 months from 6-8:30 p.m. at Blue Nest Acupuncture and Retreat Center in Chester Springs, PA.

If you’ve been craving deeper connection, meaningful conversation, and a space where you can truly show up as yourself, message me for more details.

You are invited to a special Yin & Pin evening designed to help you release the weight of the week and nourish your immune system.

Our theme is Letting Go.
Fall is associated with the Metal element in Chinese medicine, which governs the Lungs and Large Intestine.

Grief is stored in the lungs. This is a time when many people experience sadness, respiratory symptoms, or immune shifts.

The large intestine helps us to keep what is most valuable and let go of the rest. Together, these two organs help us release what we no longer need so we can receive what truly nourishes.


The acupuncture treatment will focus on supporting these organs to help you align with the season.


We will begin with a deep yin yoga practice, followed by a lung supporting acupuncture treatment, and close with sound healing so your body can fully integrate the experience.

It is the perfect way to reset your nervous system as you ease into your weekend.
