We often hear parents and adults describe early signs like persistent worrying, trouble sleeping, difficulty focusing at school or work, increased irritability, or avoiding routines and social situations.

For teens, this may look like declining grades, school refusal, or pulling away from friends.

For adults, it can show up as decreased productivity, frequent tension headaches, or constant restlessness.

Big News from Collaborative Therapy Network: We’re excited to announce the opening of our new location in Livingston, NJ — officially welcoming clients starting the first week of May!

Our new space at 2 W. Northfield Road, Livingston, NJ allows us to continue growing and supporting more individuals and families in our community with compassionate, high-quality care.

We’re also thrilled to introduce two incredible clinicians joining us at this location:

✨ Debra Katz, LCSW – Working with teens and adults, Debra helps clients navigate anxiety, mood challenges, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

🌱 Rebecca Lutz, LAC – Rebecca specializes in working with children and parents, helping families build stronger connections, improve emotional regulation, and develop practical coping skills. She brings a supportive, engaging approach to working with kids and guiding parents through challenges.
