Regular physical activity is key to a healthier heart and overall well-being. Here’s how it helps:

For heart health, aerobic exercise is your best friend! Whether it’s brisk walking, running, biking, or swimming—your heart and lungs will thank you. 🌬️

The Physical Activity Guidelines recommend:

⭐️150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity activity/week or
⭐️75–150 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity/week

Even small amounts of activity are better than none! So, let’s get moving! 🚶‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Leah Ashlee Therapy and Wellness was created to help patients not just recover but THRIVE in their health and wellness journey.

I work with a variety of diagnosis. Currently accepting Orthopedic, Pre- and Post-op, Pre- and Post Natal, Neurological and Vestibular patients. I am also LSVT BIG and BIG for LIFE Certified and have a passion for working with Parkinson's Disease and other Movement Disorders as well as the Geriatric Population.
