Using these shapes to build awareness, we’ll recharge the body and mind to step into the week with clarity and ease.

My path has expanded over the years in ways I never would have guessed- which is the beauty of not being a 5-year plan kind of person, more of a “trust the chaos and follow the curiosity” with some half-assed vision boards deep in my notes app kind of person. I find myself inspired by many nuggets of wisdom from many paths, sometimes related, sometimes not.

Excited to launch my February Virtual Class Schedule!

3 classes per week through February:

🔹Tuesdays 3-3:45pm, Mat Pilates
🔹Wednesdays 6-7:15pm, Yin Yoga
🔹Thursdays 8-8:45am, Yoga Nidra

Cost & Signup:

🔹Except for Yoga Nidra, which is donation-based, each group class is a $15 drop-in.
