The shift to spring is happening!
It’s in the air, in the earth, in the fire of the sun… elements are shifting in nature.
With nature’s shift comes an invitation to think about how we want to move forward into this new season.
This is the best time for an Ayurvedically inspired spring cleanse - though “cleanse” doesn’t have to mean something dramatic or extreme, or imply that you’re doing something wrong. Sometimes it’s simply a shedding of layers that served you well in winter but don’t need to come with you anymore. Just like nature, we’re always cycling, and we get the most out of the season if we are living in tune with it.
Ayurveda can inform us on creating a strong springtime foundation.
