Sweat Hot Yoga A sweaty yoga studio for all! We bring the inspiration and yoga - all you have to do is show up. Yoga is more than a stress relief.

It provides us with a chance to look around and appreciate the role we play in the lives of others, which hopefully will lead to understanding what we each have to offer. It is about finding strength, focus and outlook in life — both inside and outside the yoga studio. Vibe was formed with the intention of it being community based. Defined, a Community is a place for gathering. It is a place where

hearts and people can connect, a place where relationships develop through face to face interaction. These are changing times in which more and more yogis are learning yoga through Instagram, and they practice by themselves or watching their laptop. While such a learning experience has merit, nothing can take the place of the learning you acquire and the energy you feel in a yoga studio filled with other people. The result is a dynamic community where individuals are invited to practice and thrive.

🔥Fire up your entire abdominal region in 30 hot minutes! So much more than just crunches, this quick and effective class will target your complete core through weighted and non-weighted functional movement, incorporating both standing and mat-focused exercises.

We are deep into Summer Mode ☀️
Some of our amazing teachers are off traveling, recharging, and soaking up the season 🌍☀️⬇️

That means our yoga schedule is getting a little lighter here and there over the next few weeks. Still plenty of chances to move, breathe, and 💦 with us — just be sure to check the MINDBODY schedule before you head to class.

‼️Wednesday 6 am Sweat Fusion is off the schedule from 7/30 - until after Labor Day.

MINDBODY always has the most up to date schedule.

Stay cool, stay grounded, and we’ll see you on the mat 💛

Looking for a new way to strengthen your muscles ? A Pilates Fusion class will incorporate the principles of progressive overload to challenge your muscles. Core strengthening, muscle endurance, and functional strength training are used to promote a strong emphasis on lengthening and toning your muscles. Meet Olu! Olu first met yoga in 2012 via P90X DVDs in his living room. Fast forward to December 26, 2022—he finally stepped into a studio and never looked back. Inspired by the community and the challenge, he dove deeper into the practice and completed his 200-hour teacher training with Hot Yoga Revolution.

Accountant by day, yogi by heart. Olu blends breath, movement, and a good sense of humor into every class. Catch his Hot Vinyasa Yoga class starting Saturday 6/28 at 4 PM—and keep an eye out, he’ll be subbing other classes too!

Dear Sweat clients, we know life happens and sometimes making it where we want to be when we want to be there is a struggle - but we believe having a strict no late arrival policy is what’s best for the entire Sweat community.

Time is valuable for everyone. Arriving on time allows us to stay on schedule to the best of our ability, while allowing clients to find non-sign parking, as well as accommodate all of our clients as best we can.

Additionally, teachers cannot leave doors unlocked for clients coming in late. No exceptions.

Thank you for understanding.

⭐️Assists are more of an enhancement vs correction.

⭐️They deepen the awareness / effects of the pose - physical, mental, emotional, or energetic.

⭐️Bring students back to the present moment.

⭐️Encourage students in a pose to stay a little longer/ breathe a little deeper.
