I believe and understand how to implement the therapeutic benefits of massage for your body mind and spirit to find rest, relaxation and calm in this busy world. Each massage is tailored to your individual needs.

I have worked in a variety of backgrounds in the massage field including spas, chiropractic office, wellness center, and hospice care. I work with clients that have all types of medical

issues like Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer, special needs children, and scoliosis. Since entering the massage field it has lead me down a path of a more holistic life style. I have become certified in natural health. I am interested in herbal supplements and the healing properties of essential oils. I love gardening, growing herbs, cooking with herbs and just being out side. You may also see me out riding my bike when the weather permits.
