Wisdom: Here’s the difference: Intuition is neutral, often calm, and direct. It doesn't panic—it knows. Fear is loud, chaotic, and filled with ‘what ifs.’ It spirals. Intuition guides, fear pushes.

Practice: Next time you get a nudge, ask: ‘Does this feel expansive or contracted?’ Expansion is usually your soul speaking.
