I get asked all the time: "What exactly is holistic coaching?"

Coaching is a partnership that helps you focus on what matters most and reach your full potential—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

My job is to partner with you to help you get clear on what you actually want, release what's holding you back, and find tools and practices you can enjoy and sustain. I've helped people create healthier relationships, find their best path forward, create habits around what truly matters to them, and so much more. To quote my youngest daughter, what are you doing today that will bring you joy? As we get into the busiest time of the year for some people, take a second for yourself and reflect on how you can bring an aligned mindset to all of your celebrations. Try this prompt out for yourself!

For me, I feel my most aligned when I'm spending quality time with my family - no screens, no distractions, just pure quality time. Outside of that, my meditation practice, my workout routine, and my energywork truly make me feel centered and fulfilled. I try to prioritize aligned actions every single day to feel like the best version of myself that I can be 💙

As we get closer to the holiday season, the business of this time of year can cause some added stress. Whether you write this down or take a mental inventory, take some time out of your day to recognize someone you're grateful for!

It could be anything from your kids finally remembered to unload the dishwasher, a loved one set out your favorite coffee, or a coworker backed you in an important meeting. Big or small, reflect and share your gratitude with a loved one. Your energy is contagious, and your gratitude will compound!
