I studied at the accredited Body Therapy Center & School of Massage in Belleville, IL (part of the Southwestern Illinois College). Before moving here I worked as an LMT (licensed massage therapist) at Life Spine Health Enhancem

ent Center, a family chiropractic clinic in Swansea, IL & then I started Buena Vida Massage while we were stationed in Okinawa, Japan. As a member of the American Massage Therapists Association with a current license to practice here in VA, & with certificates in reflexology, pediatric, and lymph drainage, my goals are to provide excellent massage therapy in order to improve the quality of life for those in my community (ages 0+).

My Story

About Me MY STYLE - I use a blend of organic oils, creams, and essential oils to suit your massage; I can work deep & slow through your muscles, lighter and relaxing, or make a combination of styles. I'll check in with you a few times during the session to make sure that I'm going deep enough or too much, otherwise, just relax & enjoy the massage (my clients have been known to fall asleep!). ABOUT ME: I am a U.S. Army Reservist stationed here in beautiful Okinawa with my active-duty husband, three children, and two cats. I studied at the fully accredited Body Therapy Center & School of Massage in Belleville, IL (part of the Southwestern Illinois College) and earned my license to practice from the state of Illinois. Before moving here I worked as an LMT (licensed massage therapist) at Life Spine Health Enhancement Center, a family chiropractic clinic in Swansea, IL. As a member of the American Massage Therapists Association my goals are to provide excellent massage therapy to improve the quality of life for those in my community (ages 0-99) and to continuously build on my skills as a massage therapist. I love what I do and want to share it with you!
