"Stop what you are doing, fill out an intake packet, and thank me later. I have been to my fair share of mental health practices, and this is the first time an ENTIRE facility has been really good to me. I have seen a psychiatrist, a therapist, and two interns, and everyone is fantastic. However Angelica and Ryver deserve extra shoutouts to what they bring to Helios as they are both kind and talented practitioners in their own right.

If you are a student of the practice, don’t sleep on your opportunity to work here. If Helios offers you a job, I’ll let you know that the neighboring practices are far hungrier to fill a schedule and force quotas than care for patients like Helios does. The grass is green here, take this place in stride.

As a closing note, I am a newer patient and have had zero troubles with billing. Helios uses MYIO for billing and Doxy for video calls. As long as you accept your MYIO invite and download the app, billing is a breeze, instant and you can download an end-of-year statement for FSA/tax deductions."
