Another !

Charlotte shared that her stay at The Waters of Chesterfield was truly exceptional. Having experienced care in four other rehabilitation centers, she expressed that this was by far the best. She praised the compassionate staff, outstanding quality of care, and the supportive environment that made her recovery journey such a positive experience.

Shining a Spotlight on These Superstars! 🌟

Meet Ashlynne, one of our dedicated CNAs! Originally from Pittsburgh, Ashlynne has worked in healthcare for 3 years and truly enjoys helping others while bringing smiles and laughter to those around her each day. She is a proud mom to a son she absolutely adores and recently got married. Family means everything to her, and that love and compassion shines through in the care she gives to residents, families, and coworkers. Her positive attitude and caring heart make her a wonderful part of our team. Congratulations, Ashlynne, on being our March Employee of the Month! 🎉

Another congratulations to our April Employee of The Month- Keegan! Keegan has been part of The Waters family since 2025. Keegan began his healthcare career in 2009 in Tipton where he was born and raised. He enjoys working as a CNA and now shines in his current role as QMA. His dedication and compassion for each resident is truly inspiring. Keegan currently enjoys living in Chesterfield with his blue toy poodle Copper & Mini-labaradoodle Maddie. When our residents laugh he is laughing along with them. When they are crying he is right by their side to comfort them. We are so proud to recognize Keegan you as our Employee of The Month! Thank you, Keegan, for your compassion, hard work, and the attention to detail you bring to The Waters of Chesterfield every day! 👏

Did you know that we recently celebrated ? We are blessed with the best here at The Waters of Chesterfield!

Shareese brings more than 15 years of leadership experience previous role managing an Indiana State Medicaid office. In her new role as HR/Business Office Manager she enjoys helping residents and their families navigating various financial matters with LTC, assisting with new resident admissions, onboards and orientates new employees, manages payroll and employee relations.
Shareese married her high school sweetheart, and together they raised three beautiful children and now two grandchildren. Spending quality time with her family is what she cherishes the most. Her interests include watching basketball, singing karaoke, and indulging in her culinary skills in the kitchen.

Thank you Shareese for all that you do! We’re lucky to have you!
