St. Luke's Rehabilitation Hospital Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation hospital with certificate of distinction in stroke rehab

We offer specialized treatment programs for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation and orthopedic injury as well as other injury and illness. Our rehabilitation programs are centered around the individual needs of each patient to improve health, function and quality of life.� Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities differ from other post-acute options most notably in the amount of therapy offered and medical oversight provided. We offer specialized therapy, rehab-trained nursing care, rehabilitation physician involvement and disease state management tailored to our patient population. Our patients receive at least 3 hours of therapy at least 5 days each week.

"St. Luke's rehab facility was perfect for my needs. I had a shunt placed in my head. Prior to rehab I cold hardly walk. Working with the therapists and using a wheelchair and a walker made a world of difference. I'm back on my feet and heading home."

"My mother received excellent care the 13 days she was at St Luke's Rehab Hospital. Every person was kind and professional that works there. The nursing staff is great and pt, ot & speech were all excellent even though my mom wasn't always a willing participant. Our case manager Becky was a great resource for helping her transition back home. I highly recommend St Luke's Rehab to anyone who is considering them for their loved one."
