TOC FIRST is designed to provide timely, expert care for new orthopedic injuries in patients ages 12 and up. From fractures and sprains to sports and work-related injuries, our team offers advanced imaging, casting, splinting, and direct access to orthopedic specialists — all in one place. This service provides a streamlined, physician-led option for acute injury care outside of the traditional emergency room setting.

What a week at The Orthopedic Center of St. Louis! 🩺💥

We kicked things off this morning with Emily Whicker, MD and Charles Grimshaw, MD presenting The Evolution of Treatment for an ACL Knee Injury at the Workers' Compensation CLE Seminar hosted by Kids'​ Chance of Missouri.

Then last night, Jaimie Shores, MD and Sri Pinnamaneni, MD led a dynamic cadaver lab, The Upper Extremity Unraveled, in collaboration with Athletico and Timberlake Surgery Center.
