Since joining Orangetheory Lawrence in September 2024, Andres has been on a mission to live a more active, balanced life — and he’s doing just that.

Originally from Costa Rica and now studying supply chain management and accounting at KU, he’s juggling workouts, recovery, and academics with heart and hustle. His favorite part of OTF? The community. Because nothing beats the kind of motivation that comes from pushing through a tough block side by side with friends.

Since starting, Andres has gained strength and built muscle, and he's now working toward bouncing back from a knee injury — one step at a time. All with Timber on blast and the Jayhawks in his corner. 🏀

Orangetheory Fitness Chesterfield

For an invigorating whole body workout that will get you on your way to the body you want, come into our Orangetheory Fitness studio in Chesterfield, Missouri. With group training sessions led by personal trainers who will motivate you every step of the way, the Orangetheory workout is the most fun, yet productive high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session that you will ever experience.

Using treadmill training, indoor rowers, and weight training blocks, our Orangetheory trainers will take you through an intense sixty-minute long interval group workout that will leave you feeling energized.

Our training sessions have been designed to keep your heart rate within a target zone that increases your metabolism and energy. When you are able to do this, you will have more energy and increased calorie burn for 24-36 hours after your workout ends!
