"I started working with Chris after having recurrent episodes of throwing out my back, which would leave me in debilitating pain for weeks. Chris taught me how to improve my form when doing daily tasks as well as building my strength in key muscle areas. I really appreciate his knowledgeable and realistic approach - he will tell you there is no magic fix to most back issues, but by putting in the work you can reduce your chances of having pain. We find that too many people struggle to get a grasp on how to improve themselves when it comes to pain and function.
