When this patient first came in, he was scared to take his shoes off — literally.

Going barefoot felt unsafe. Playing golf felt impossible. Even some upper body exercises made him nervous because he didn’t want to load his feet at all.

We started slow.

Light barefoot balance work. Gentle progressions. Strength paired with confidence-building.

Years later, he’s not just tolerating barefoot movement… he’s owning it.

These four exercises show the progress he never thought he’d make.

The physical strength matters — but the confidence is the real win. Proud of his consistency and trust in the process.

Teamwork makes recovery stronger. 🙌

Chiropractic, physical therapy, and strength training all work together to create a care plan that’s built around you.

We regularly collaborate, share insights, and review cases so every patient gets the most effective, efficient, and cost-conscious approach possible.

Because when every pillar works as one, you recover better and stay stronger.

One of my favorite drills for shoulder control: Wall Slide with Lift Off.
It’s simple, but incredibly effective when you hit the key points:

🔹 REACH (protraction) — feel it near the armpit/side of rib cage
🔹 ROTATE upward as you slide — still around the shoulder blade area
🔹 LIFT off the wall — using your mid-back, not your traps

If you feel this in your neck, reset your reach and slow it down.

If you feel it around the shoulder blade → you’re doing it right.

Save this and try it next upper body day.

A real pain in the elbow..🏌️

Golfer's Elbow is not just for golfers, this common overuse injury affects the tendons on the inside of your elbow, often from repetitive gripping or wrist movements.

In this video, Dr. Collier breaks down what’s really happening when that pain starts to flare up!

Feeling stiff, tight, or sore in your lower back? Try these simple lumbar extension variations — prone, standing, and hip drops.

They’re some of the easiest ways to improve mobility, relieve pain, and even help with sciatica symptoms.
Start gentle and move within your comfort zone — your back will thank you!

Movement isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re in pain and need to start small, or ready to build strength with kettlebells and dumbbells, we meet you where you are on the spectrum.💪🏼

💪 It’s not just about feeling better today, it’s about moving better for good.

Hands-on treatment can relieve pain and restore mobility, but lasting change comes from building strength and capacity. That’s why we focus on combining treatment with strength training and lifestyle changes, so your results don’t fade when the pain does.

Most of us spend hours hunched over a desk every day — and it shows in our posture.

Here are 3 simple exercises to open things back up:

✅ Band External Rotations: Strengthen the muscles that fight forward-rolled shoulders.
✅ Thoracic Extension on a Foam Roller: Restore upper-back mobility and reduce tension.
✅ Pec Stretch on the Wall/Doorway: Release tight chest muscles (progress to a full straight-arm stretch).

Try these once or twice a day — your shoulders and neck will thank you!

Chiropractic care isn’t a one-trick pony.

It’s more than adjustments. We use a variety of evidence-based tools and approaches, just like any other healthcare provider, to make sure each patient gets the best care possible while minimizing risk.

At the end of the day, it’s about finding the right tool for the job and helping people move, heal, and thrive. 💪
