Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function , so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts in one body, and we all belong to one another.
Romans 12:4

One of my biggest lessons in the last couple years is that everyone’s perspective is their own.
God has met me on my yoga mat, lifting weights, working, listening to music, creating things, parenting and therapy to just name a few.
He meets the addict, the s*x worker just the same as those who think their clean.

It’s only when we follow the advice of Romans 12:9 and don’t just pretend to love others. We really love them. We hate what’s wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine infection, and take delight in honoring each other.

I say when we take God out of the box, that’s when we see the true miracles happen.

Just love them.

Spicy and salty. Delicious and adaptable ❤️

1.5 pounds of flank steak or skirt steak sliced across the grain thinly
4 tablespoons of coconut oil divided
2 teaspoons of arrowroot starch or cornstarch
1.5 teaspoons of kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup of finely chopped shallots
1.5 cups of thinly sliced bell peppers
1/2!cup of sliced scallions
2Thai chili seeded and sliced into rounds 1 cup of quartered green beans that are blanched
1/2 cup thinly sliced jarred pepperoncini
2 tablespoons brine from the pepperoncini
2 tablespoons of coconut amino‘s or soy sauce
1 tablespoon of garlic minced
1 cup of fresh basil leaf sliced

In medium bowl combine start his, salt and pepper, add beef and toss to coat. Set aside.

Heat a large pan over high heat when it’s hot reduce the heat to medium high heat add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and melt. And some of the steak and be careful not to over crowd and cook until seared about two minutes you’re gonna flip it over and cook until browned about 30 seconds. Make sure that you’re not overcrowding the pan because you want a nice crust here. Transfer meat to plate and continue cooking in batches, adding oil if needed.
Wipe pan, add oil and sauté shallots til brown about 2 min. Add the bell peppers, scallions, chilies, remaining half a teaspoon of salt, cook stirring until the bell peppers begin to soften, about 2 minutes. Add the green beans cook; stirring well until warm through, about one more minute. Add the pepperoncini and the garlic. Stir for about 1 min. Return the beef to the pan along with any juices that collected at the bottom of the plate. Add the coconut aminos, pepperoncini and the brine. Stir to combine. Add the basil, stir again and serve.

Learning to be free looks different for all. Never before have I been gifted an opportunity to just be. No schedule, no appointments, no work. No real time restrictions. It’s wonderful and not so wonderful. My entire schedule is out the window. I have tried them on myself and my family because schedule and routine are all I know. I was the queen of scheduling. All my forcing made us miserable. So in honoring myself, I am for the time being not putting times of videos out there. I will post them randomly throughout my days because I am experiencing freedom👑

Hi friends. Originally was hoping to do Tuesday morning classes but right now the kiddos of my home have online classes for the majority of my mornings. Hang tight. Working out kinks here!!
