Prenatal & pediatric chiropractor, mama, and the owner of Little Bee-Well Chiropractic 🐝

I’ve been in chiropractic for over a decade and have dedicated my work to caring for women, babies, and families through every season — from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum, infancy, and childhood.

I’m certified through the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) and in the Webster Technique, with over 200 additional hours of specialized training so I can safely and gently support growing families.

But more than anything, I believe this:
✨ Your body is innately intelligent
✨ Your nervous system matters
✨ You deserve care that feels supportive, calm, and personal

Little Bee-Well was created to be a space where families feel welcome, heard, and cared for — whether you’re one day postpartum, chasing toddlers, or navigating motherhood for the first or sixth time.
