Chiropractic has shaped my life in more ways than I can count.
In my early 20s, I herniated a disc in my low back and the pain was so severe I could barely walk. Chiropractic care helped me recover and get back to living my life.
Growing up, I was one of those constantly sniffling, allergy-ridden kids. With regular adjustments, my nervous system and immune system began to function differently — and eventually I no longer needed the daily allergy medication I had taken for years.
During pregnancy, chiropractic helped me stay active, comfortable, and connected to my body through all the changes. While pregnancy and birth are always a little unpredictable, having my nervous system supported helped me feel strong and capable through the entire journey.
But maybe the biggest gift chiropractic has given me is confidence in the body.
Confidence that the body is designed to heal, adapt, and thrive when we create the right environment — with nourishment, movement, rest, and supportive community.
That belief is a huge part of why I do what I do today.
