Today is Halloween, but it's 𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗢 the final day of Clergy Appreciation Month! It's been an especially tough week for our FV family, and we are so grateful for our amazing Chaplaincy department and all they do in caring for our residents and staff. Join us in expressing our gratitude for Burt, Mary, and Judy as we transition into the season of thanksgiving!

All of us at Friendship Villages are extremely saddened to say farewell to Kathy Francescon, our Chief Financial Officer. Kathy died in a fatal car accident on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, leaving a loving family and many, many friends and business contacts.

Kathy’s three years as our CFO and as a beloved member of our leadership team came during a time of tremendous innovation and growth, coupled with her enthusiasm to afford every opportunity to provide for the best lives for our residents and the best experience for our staff.

Kathy’s personal strength and energy in her professional life and in her personal life would be emulated by anyone who knew her.

We recently held our 4th annual Skilled Nursing Fashion Show and had so much 𝓕𝓤𝓝. The day of course started with a makeover & glow-up in the morning, and concluded with a trip down the runway in the afternoon! 💅💅 What a day for our residents and a special thanks to our own Carmen Fronczak for emceeing and Veronica for her organization of the event each year. Well done! 🌟👠🎊

Another amazing Assisted Living Week is in the books!! This year's theme is "𝓐𝓰𝓮𝓵𝓮𝓼𝓼 𝓐𝓭𝓿𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓮" and we went around the world with our programming! From creating Ikebana floral arrangements to a trip to the La Bonne Bouchée Patisserie, and of course finishing with our All-American BBQ, we had such a wonderful time connecting and spending quality time together❤️
