Policy Updates & Reminders
A clarification regarding appointment times and an update to my cancellation policy.
Your appointment time is your "table time", meaning you should be on the massage table by that time. Please allow yourself enough time to get here, use the restroom, undress and be on the table by your appointment time.
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 48-hour advanced notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 48 hours advance notice, depending on the circumstance and at my discretion, you will be charged the full amount of your missed session. This fee must be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
No Show: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forego their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. At my discretion, you will be charged the full price of your missed session. This fee must be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late (after your "table time"), your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough remaining time to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the full cost. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Booking an appointment is an agreement to these policies.
Those in chronic violation of these policies will be barred from booking future appointments.
