Body Mind and Soul, LLC I work with a variety of clients ranging from children to 90+ years old. I am a Reiki Master Teacher.

Drugs (illicit/hallucinogenic/pain killers/muscle relaxers) and any alcohol prior to a massage is 100% contraindicated.
It impairs the client's ability to communicate clearly, notice discomfort/pain, increases cardiovascular strain, and, overall, goes 100% against my ethical policy.
If you arrive under the influence for any reason, I will turn you away and require full payment for your appointment.
I will not put myself, my license, or you in harm's way.

Before you get out of bed tomorrow…..
Take a moment, take 3 deep breaths, stretch your legs, feet, hands and arms, move your head side to side. Get the body fluids flowing…..As you are stretching, think of, or say allowed, 3 things that make you happy or that you are grateful for.
This all takes less than 5 min and will change the outlook of your day!

Happy Friday-YAY everyone!

Newest adventure for Body, Mind, and Soul:

Reiki and NAET (allergy elimination) available for your 4-legged family members!

I have experience with many types of animals; including but no limited to…dogs, cats, and horses.

I have “hospice” and post-op experience as well.

This will be a very slow roll-out. My plan is to be available 2 Thursdays a month by January 2027.

I am working on another certification so stay tuned!
