Just a peek into my weekend - and a reminder that sessions at the studio are never uniform. One size does not fit all when it comes to massage & bodywork. Each appointment will always begin with us discussing your pain points and goals for the session - and we will tailor your appointment to your individual needs.

When massage showed up in my journey, I was told that it wasn't a sustainable career, that I'd always have to have a second job, and that I was more than likely to fail.
So - every time that I walk into my beautiful studio and do the work that I was called to do, it feels like the biggest win.
Thank you for being a part of my journey and allowing me to live the life I was always told that I couldn't - and let this be a reminder to always chase your dreams, no matter what anyone says.

Being a woman is magical, but it comes with its own set of challenges - and I want to do something special to give back to women who life may be hitting extra hard.
