Just want to send a shout out to all you beautiful. Yogis who attended yoga, reiki and sound healing and also those who attended yoga and cello thank you so very much for sharing your time and energy with me. Also, thank you to all of you who attend every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I love that you love yoga as much as I do. Let's keep it up. Keep the energy flowing. Lifting each other up. You beautiful Yogis! Also, as a reminder, there will be a drumming circle this Saturday 5:00 p.m. March 29th it will be our first one. Can't wait. Feel the beat feel the rhythm
