Rita is reliable, professional, and always fair. She is by far one of the most competent HR Directors I have ever had the privilege of working with. Her dedication to supporting both our employees and our facility truly makes a difference every day.

She has been a strong advocate for enhancing employee benefits, including helping implement initiatives like our employee food pantry. Rita also goes above and beyond by adjusting her work hours to accommodate employees and ensure they feel supported.
