My journey in Tai Chi and the Tao started in the ‘70s all because of the TV show Kung Fu. Over 40 years later, I practice Tai Chi regularly and I know my mission is to talk about Tao and to teach Tai Chi.

We exist in a dimension of evil with the hope of balance between good and evil. in my opinion evil has temporarily won. We can only restore balance by not allowing ourselves to be caught up in what evil wants. During these trying times realize anger frustration fear and hopelessness are all stemming from the evil around us. stay strong and don't give in. we can turn the tide and win this battle. Be grateful for whatever God sends your way

The Tao Te Ching reminds us that to know honor we know disgrace.
Centering and finding contentment in our lives is obtainable if we begin to realize either side of an issue is as extreme as the other side.

Master Chang performed the ancient ceremony of cleansing Karma today. I actually feel lighter. I have also spent two eight hour days with him as he elaborated on the Tao and what it means to be spiritualized
