Our office utilizes a variety of treatment options designed to help you reach a pain free life and optimal wellness.

Our office utilizes physiotherapy techniques that help treat the cause of your pain and not just the symptoms. Using specific exercises that activate single muscles helps to stabilize joints one muscle at a time. By doing this, we are able to get results much faster and also help patients stay out of pain for longer periods of time. Physiotherapy treats the muscles and the joints, not just one or the other. This progressive approach is much different than what you would find at other chiropractic or physical therapy offices. We also utilize traditional chiropractic manipulations when necessary, along with many different manual therapies to help reduce muscle and joint tightness. Our goal is help you learn how to keep yourself out of pain for good. We also offer perinatal chiropractic care to help woman before, during and after pregnancy. Dr. Miller is certified in Webster Technique and is passionate about helping women through their best perinatal experience. There is no age limit to care in our office. Each patient is treated with a personalized treatment plan for their goals.

Let’s talk muscles 💪🏼

The • SCM • or sternocleidomastoid is the largest muscle in the front of your neck. It can be the cause of neck and jaw pain since it attaches to your neck and skull, and supports your TMJ. It is also commonly responsible for referred pain into your face, forehead, eyes, ears, and more.

This muscle is responsible for turning your head, bending your head to your shoulders, as well as tilting your head backwards and forward… as well as breathing!

With how much this muscle is responsible for and how much pain it can cause, make sure it is functioning at its best. Don’t deal with the pain, we can help.

Let’s talk muscles 💪🏼

The • trapezius • muscles, aka your traps, can be responsible for several ailments you may be experiencing such as upper back pain, neck pain, headaches, and pain between your shoulder blades. They connect to your head, neck, spine, ribs, and shoulders! They’re responsible for several motions of all of these body parts as well as arm movements!

Sounds like a complicated muscle. They also love to take over when your other muscles are fatigued and not succeeding at doing the jobs they’re most responsible for.

Hi everyone!

Dr. Miller here. I have some bittersweet news to share with you all. After much consideration, I have decided to leave Bozovich Wellness Center to stay home with my girls and focus on my family.

It has truly been an honor to be entrusted with your care. I want to sincerely thank you all for allowing me to be a part of your health journey. Your trust, support, and kindness have meant the world to me, and I will always cherish the relationships we have built.

I cannot thank Dr. Bozovich and the amazing team she has built here enough. While I am excited for the next chapter for my family, I am also very excited for the future of Bozovich Wellness Center. I am beyond happy that I have been in a situation where I was able to stay until she found a new doctor. Stay tuned for news on that!

My last day will be January 30 - come see me for a couple more treatments and a quick good bye!

And as a farewell to Dr. Bozovich I have included the photo I continue to photoshop that she has asked me to “absolutely not post again” because “people will think I wear cardigans.” 🫶🏼

Let’s talk muscles 💪🏼

The • levator scapulae • can be a culprit of a lot of that lingering neck pain. It is responsible for raising your shoulders up, extending your head, and rotating it to the same side as the muscle lies.

While in forward head posture, or when your head is leaning forward more than your neutral position, the levator scap will increase in tension exacerbating your neck pain and potentially causing cervicogenic headaches (headaches originating from your neck).

We treat a variety of complaints (back pain, shoulder pain, plantar fascitis, hip pain, knee pain, etc) with a mixture of manual therapy, massage, physical therapy, and at home exercise programs.

Each patient has an individualized treatment plan based on their complaint, history, and past treatment.
