Here’s a reflection shared by Anissa after completing The Mind’s Own Habit System:
Before this work, I wasn’t overly emotional—but I was quick to feel irritated, especially at work when things moved slowly or people didn’t have the answers I needed.
What I gained from The Mind’s Own Habit System was learning how to pause before reacting.
The biggest change I’ve noticed is that I’m more patient and intentional in how I respond. I feel calmer, more in control, and my interactions feel much smoother.
I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to manage irritation, improve communication, and show up more grounded in daily life.
