REAL TALK TUESDAY ☕️🧠✨

This week, Stillwaters is teaming up with The H Life because coffee tastes better when it actually makes a difference. 🤍

The H Life sells coffee and tea that support families walking through DIPG & DMG, devastating pediatric brain cancers, while funding awareness and research. And when you purchase through our link, you’re ALSO helping provide mental health care for these families at no cost to them through Stillwaters. Because the last thing a family facing this diagnosis should have to worry about is how to afford support while surviving the unimaginable.

Also… PEEP 😛😎 Mr. Stillwaters absolutely punting Folgers to the curb in this video 😂☕️
No offense to Folgers, but if we’re drinking coffee anyway, why not support families right here in Northwest Indiana while we do it?

And TRUST ME… these flavors are SO good. I love coffee and this coffee is legitimately incredible. 👏🏼

Consistency matters too 👀
Consider setting up a subscription box so every month your coffee habit becomes part of something bigger.

Together we are better. 🤍

Check out our story for the link to order and help us support these amazing families one cup at a time ☕️✨

Happy Mother’s Day to the women carrying more than anyone can see 🤍🌿

To the mothers navigating anxiety, burnout, postpartum struggles, grief, or simply trying to hold it all together, we see you 💛

You deserve support, compassion, and care too ✨

Motherhood is hard. You were never meant to carry it alone 🌊

With love,
Stillwaters 🤍

Being on the cover of Mom to Mom feels surreal for a lot of reasons… but mostly because there was a time I genuinely believed that if people knew my story, they wouldn’t trust me.

I thought the things I had survived would somehow disqualify me from being a good provider. I worried that sharing the hard parts of my life would make people question my credibility instead of understand my heart.

But I’ve learned something incredibly important:
The only thing worse than being judged for your story is contributing to the stigma by hiding it.

Women do not need providers who pretend to be untouched by life.

They need safe people.
Human people.
People who understand what it feels like to survive hard things and still rebuild.

What used to feel like my darkest moments have somehow become a beacon of light for the women I feel called to serve.

And that is such a beautiful thing.

I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to care for women, advocate for women, and help reshape women’s mental health care through both clinical expertise and lived experience.

Turns out the things I once tried hardest to hide became the very things helping women feel seen.

What do mountain biking and women’s mental health have in common?

A lot more than you’d think.

Both involve balance, resilience, occasional crashes, and convincing yourself “this is fine” while flying downhill at concerning speeds. 🚵‍♀️😂

We’re so excited to be at the Ride Like a Mother event tomorrow from 11:00–2:00 at the Tailyard Outpost!

Come say hi, meet our team, and help us advocate for the women in our community. 💛

If you’ve ever been a patient of mine and felt seen, supported, understood, or deeply cared for during your healing journey, I would love to hear from you. 🤍

As we continue growing this practice and building women-centered mental health care that actually listens, your words matter more than you know.

DM me if you’d be willing to share your experience or write a testimonial/review recommending the practice. Your story could help another woman finally feel safe enough to reach out for support too.

Thank you for trusting me with your care. I never take it lightly.

🤬🤬🤬🙄🙄🙄
So… You’ve Heard I Don’t Take Insurance

Let’s clear something up🫣

Not accepting insurance does not mean I care less. In fact, for me, it means the opposite. 💯🥰

Insurance-based models often require high patient volume to sustain overhead. More patients usually means shorter visits, less access, and less individualized care.

We’re not doing care like that around here.🚫🙅‍♀️👎

My cash-based model allows me to see fewer patients, spend more intentional one-on-one time with each woman, and provide concierge-level support.

That means if you’re having side effects, have medication questions, concerns about your dose, or something just feels off, you’re not left waiting weeks for answers.

My patients can reach me directly and receive support within 12–24 hours.☎️🤳

This model allows me to practice slower, deeper, and more intentionally.🌿

And because access matters, Stillwaters is launching the Stillwaters Foundation in January 2027 at the Grace Gala to help fund probono mental health care for women in need.

This was never about maximizing volume. 🙅‍♀️
It was about maximizing care.❤️
