Congratulations on 100 classes, Heather! Her effusive energy brings joy to our community, and her practice is inspiring to witness. Rarely swayed by a challenge, Heather is always willing to dive in, whether we’re exploring inversions and arm balances or confronting deep backbends and hip openers. Today we honor consistency, dedication, and the quiet power of showing up. As we move through this practice, let’s set an intention of gratitude—for our bodies, for this shared space, and for the people who inspire us simply by returning to the mat again and again.

Kevin and Anne are finishing the year strong! Anne, one of our teacher trainees, completed her 200th class this morning while Kevin clocked class number 150. Anne’s steadiness and quiet strength create a serene undercurrent to our yoga room and to the training classroom. She’s like a walking exhale - someone whose steady calm reminds us all to approach our practice, and life, with humble devotion. Kevin, our collective Studio Husband ™️, is always up for a challenge, equally eager to learn and push beyond the boundary lines of his doubt. Thank you for trusting us to shepherd your yoga journey. Start 2026 with intention and focus. will begin with a grounding, clarity-driven yoga practice designed to help you shake off mental clutter, connect to your values, and tune into what you truly want for the year ahead.

Through breath and movement, you’ll create the mental space you need to think clearly and set meaningful direction.

After practice, you’ll transition into a guided intention-setting session where you’ll identify your priorities, goals, and the habits you want to build in the new year. Then you’ll create a personalized vision board to bring those intentions to life—something practical and motivating you can return to all year long.

This workshop is a blend of mindful movement and hands-on planning, designed to help you step into 2026 with clarity, purpose, and a visual roadmap.

All materials provided but please bring spare magazines if you have them. Yoga practice will be safe for all levels.

Celebrate the Winter Solstice by joining us for 108 by Candlelight with Adriane.

Challenge yourself both physically and mentally as you flow through a moving meditation of the traditional Yoga Mala (108 Sun A Salutations).

The number 108 holds great spiritual and cultural significance, particularly in the context of yoga and Eastern philosophies. It is considered an auspicious number in Hinduism, Buddhism, and other spiritual traditions, symbolizing unity and the connection between the individual and the universe.

You do not need to complete all 108 sun salutations, you are welcome to try and complete as many as you are comfortable with. Remember to honor your body by doing what is appropriate for you; whether you do 3 salutes, 18 salutes or 108, we’re happy to have you join us.

Online signup encouraged, but not required, walk-ins are also welcome space permitting.

Here’s the truth - your yoga mat is the perfect environment for trial and error. It doesn’t matter what you look like (unless we are certain you’re flirting with injury), it matters that you show up, breathe consciously and explore the class with curiosity and integrity. We are here to build somatic and emotional intelligence, not to look like AI yogis. PS - farts happen, and it’s not a big deal.
