Join Erika on Tuesdays and Amanda on Thursdays at 6pm for our new class - Still Waters: Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath. Like the still water between the tides, this class offers a sanctuary of calm designed to soothe your nervous system and restore balance. Replacing our former Yin class, it expands the experience with intention-setting, breathwork, and gentle, juicy poses supported with props if you choose. Healing, hands-on assists invite deeper comfort, and the practice closes with an extended savasana accompanied by the resonant tones of sound bowls. A richer, more complete journey into stillness — for body, mind, and spirit.
