So, today I was just feeling a little eh. I'm in the zone, totally IP compliant, but this last two weeks I've felt kinda heavy. I lost last week, and inches down, but idk, I felt like I wasn't losing. My weigh ins are on Sundays. I decided to weigh in at work today (I own a clinic lol) and my total weight loss, in 6 weeks & 4 days is 25! The brain is a goofy thing. I'm more than halfway to goal. **self five**
Thank you to my two girls that are doing it with me. Teamwork is the best. As are these IP groups! We're stronger together

Good morning! One thing I love to do is copy food I see out and about! This is my version of ihops cheeseburger omelette! My daughter said I got it perfect and it's IP PROTOCOL!!

Here's a Fabulous Tip for getting in those veggies and ramping up that energy for those of us that lead a crazy-busy daily life:
In blender, add in a nice handful of frozen spinach, a few ice cubes along with your water and Chocolate Drink Mix! Blend until spinach is smooth. The spinach will keep you fuller longer, and you cant even taste it in your yummy chocolate smoothie!
