Optimal Fit PT

Optimal Fit PT Optimal Fit is a unique Physical Therapy experience that caters to each individual patient's needs.

After evaluation, a specialized program will be designed for each patient to address their problems and immediately start to work toward their personalized goal. Individuals present with unique sets of movement dysfunction will immediately begin the process of implementing corrective exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to carry over these changes into daily life with ease and a new understanding of proper alignment and body mechanics. The goal of every program, being not only to reduce and eliminate pain, but to teach patients how to move their body in a way that prevents future injury and optimize function and performance.

Hi Everyone!
I hope you are all staying healthy. These are challenging times for sure. I’m keeping you all my thoughts and hoping you all stay healthy and are managing to maintain some level of normalcy in your daily lives.
If anyone needs a telehealth PT session, I’m happy to help. Most insurances are covering this service and I, personally, have been impressed at how effective they can be. Don’t let your aches and pains build up and reach out (virtually) for help and advice.
It could be from tweaking you at home office set up to stretches in between your Zoom meetings.
