Tania R. Peters, M.D. Board-certified dermatologist practicing cosmetic dermatology in Bethesda, MD.

Dr. Tania Peters is a board-certified dermatologist with specialized training in cosmetic dermatology and cutaneous laser surgery. She has practiced cosmetic dermatology since 2012 and joins Capital Laser & Skin Care in Novemberl 2016. Dr. Peters graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Davidson College as a Duke Endowment Merit Scholar and pursued her medical education at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Duke University Medical Center, where she served as resident chairperson for the 34th Annual Southeastern Consortium for CME in Dermatology. Following her residency, Dr. Peters joined the dermatology faculty at Duke University. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Washington D.C. Dermatological Society, Women’s Dermatologic Society and Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Society.
