and an experienced staff of health care professionals. Dr. Tamjidi is recognized for leading-edge skin care treatments and a teacher and trainer for area doctors. Having obtained a medical degree from George Washington University Medical School, she has been named a “Top Doctor” in Washington, D.C. and is recognized for using the latest anti-aging skin techniques and fillers. There are other highly professional Doctors and Physicans Assistants. The institute provides Botox® treatment to give skin a rested, youthful appearance. In addition, it provides Dysport®, Xeomin®, and fillers, laser therapy, Fraxel, plus Thermage® and Liposonix® treatments. Treatments for acne, eczema, pigmentation problems, psoriasis, rashes, spider veins, and more are available from leading dermatologists in the field. A range of spa services are also provided. The company employs a Master Aesthetician and also offers HydraFacial® treatments, chemical peels, facials, eyelash and eyebrow tinting and sculpting and a range of skin enhancement, cleaning, moisturizing, and sun protection products. Spa appointments can be scheduled online through Schedulicity or via email and patient forms can be downloaded online. A financial policy and privacy policy information can also be viewed on the website. Physician appointments can be arranged by calling the phone number listed on the site. Accepted insurance policies include AARP, Empire Blue Cross, Great West, CIGNA, Oxford, Medicare, United Healthcare, and more. Individualized attention and treatment is provided to every patient. The institute also hosts events such as open houses and a melanoma running team. Tamjidi Skin Institute is open five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
