                                            For most weight lifting is an after thought and comes after cardio.  It should be the other way.
Doing both lifting and cardio is great but if sometimes one has to chose, weight lifting should come first. It has plenty f benefits cardio doesn't have et it still gives ypu some of the benefit you get from cardio.
