Start taking your own health into your own hands and stop being so damn dependent all the time on medical professionals telling you what to do.
There have been a lot of complaints lately about the medical model changing (and rightfully so), but the medical model is primarily geared toward symptom management and very rarely towards the cure (because where is the profit when you’re fixing something so people will no longer come back to see you?)
If you want start to be healthy, take just a couple of easy steps in that direction and stop depending on so many pills to fix all of your problems. If you have high blood pressure, get your ass out and start exercising, start walking start running, start resistance training. If you have diabetes, stop eating sh*tty food watch how much sugar you’re taking in and continue to exercise as it will help to lower the levels of sugar in your blood. If you’re having troubles sleeping, start exercising more. If your joints are starting to ache and you’re feeling weak, start to exercise more.
There are plenty of things that you can do without having to go see a medical professional to start to become healthy
