2025 by the numbers 🤍

This year we supported 22 families, welcomed 18 out-of-hospital births, and celebrated 100% breastfeeding at discharge with 0% emergency labor transfers.

We also apparently had a theme… J names had a moment — 7 babies 😉

Attention, last minute Christmas shoppers! Today I have two ideas for an easy to make, DIY gift that is healthy and useful! First, I love this tallow based lotion. It hydrates your skin in a way that feels so good, which we all need this time of year! After it is whipped with your mixer, it takes on a luxurious creamy texture.
