Me when I remember how healing nature is… 🌿😌

Reiki doesn’t end on the table —it flows through every breath in fresh air, every barefoot step on soil, every leaf that reminds you how alive you are.

Now that the weather’s enticing us, go outside! Stand barefoot on the ground. Breathe. Let your body settle. Let the Earth hold you like the leafy burrito of love you didn’t know you needed.

This is energy healing too.✨

Wood is rarer than diamonds. 🪵💎

A fact my younger brother keeps reminding me of—one that’s been echoing louder each time I pick up my drum.

I’ve been sitting with the reverence due to trees—their shelter, their cooling shade, their breath that becomes ours. Wood is living memory. A collaborator in ceremony. A portal. A teacher. A friend.

In honor of this sacred relationship, I’m offering a small practice:
🌲 Put on the song “Dances w Wood” (can be found on Spotify… playing in this post).

🌲 Let yourself move—sway, stomp, spiral—in tribute to the trees that hold us.

🌲 Don’t worry about “how it looks.” Move like you’re a breeze rustling their leaves. Move like roots drinking deep. Move like the drumbeat that’s been carried in every forest since the beginning.

A prayer through motion.
A remembering.

🌙✨ *I learned from the moon… I’m still whole no matter what phase I’m in.* ✨🌙

The moon gets it. Some nights, it’s shining at full strength. Other nights? It’s serving mysterious crescent vibes. And sometimes, it’s just straight-up ghosting us. But guess what? It’s still the same moon.

Same goes for you. Whether you’re radiating energy, embracing your chill side, or just trying to survive the day—you’re still you, still whole, still brilliant.

Reiki has helped me settle into my own phases with self-compassion and authenticity, reminding me that every part of the cycle has its purpose.

Now go be your luminous, cosmic self. Even if today’s a “hide behind the clouds” kind of day. 🌕🌑🌙💫
