I wanted to take a moment and give a heartfelt thank you to all the vendors and attendees to this past weekends event in Cheyenne. Without all of you this would not have been possible. We will be delivering over 150 pounds of food to the charity. Our next event will be announced soon. Stay tuned. Hope to see every one of you plus many more there then. Thank you again.

Good morning! If you read the September newsletter and are also working toward meeting a goal or two in end of life planning this month, how are you doing? We are 1/3 of the way through September.

I made a phone call to a funeral home to talk about body transport across state lines and reached out to my life insurance agent yesterday to begin the process of changing my beneficiary.

I also spoke with a woman in grief group about reviewing her advance healthcare directives. Where are you at with those? I will be at Laramie Square Apartments next Wednesday, the 17th, at 10am with copies of 5 Wishes, ready for a relaxed and fun discussion, at High Spirit Holistic Show in Cheyenne with copies on September 27 and 28, and my office is open for free consultation. 307/314-4613.
