Avenues Physical Therapy is privately owned and has been serving Cheyenne since 1981. We are dedicated to giving you the best possible care, and to help you return to a better quality of life. Our specialty is getting you back on your feet and to your lifestyle.

We are located at 611 W. 18th St. (between Bent and O’Neil Avenues) in the Stanfield Building on the West Edge of Cheyenne. This is convenient for those who work downtown, while still serving the Avenues area. We have plenty of parking in front of the building and on the west side of the building. We continue to offer our aquatic therapy program at the Cheyenne Aquatic Center in Lions Park.

The original clinic started in 1981 as Cheyenne Rehabilitation and Associates at the corner of Yellowstone and Western Hills Blvd. In 1985 moved from across the parking lot to 123 Western Hills Blvd. We moved again in 1996 and changed names to Avenues Therapy Clinic and was located at 4000 Central Ave.
