Today’s walk will meet at the Lions Park Amphitheater at 6 PM. We’ll stay along the west side of the lake and near the steam engine. Temperatures may still be in the 70's, please feel free to bring drinks and bug repellent, if needed. We'll be on and off paved areas with some uneven ground in spots. If storms roll in, we’ll reschedule for next Wednesday.

Tomorrow’s walk will begin at 11 AM, meeting at the Greenway parking lot off 1st East Street, between Evans Ave and Van Lennen Ave, directly across from Hughes Truck and Equipment Repair. We’ll be walking along a stretch of Greenway about six blocks in length. Due to recent rain, the area may be wet; if it’s too muddy, we’ll stay closer to the main Greenway path, but if conditions allow, we may explore uneven terrain and dirt/brush near the creek. The forecast shows temperatures in the 70s, and the walk will run about 90 minutes. Please bring sun protection, water, sturdy shoes that may get dirt on them, and any other items you may need. Be aware that we’ll be in contact with various plants, so plan accordingly if you have allergies. A map has been provided, and I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!

We will be meeting at Dry Creek Parkway Disc Golf Course tomorrow at 11am. It will be in the 70s tomorrow, so feel free to bring any drinks or sun protection needed. We will be on some sidewalk, but for the most part walking in grass and some vegetation. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. 🌼Join us tomorrow for the very first Cheyenne Herbal Collective meeting! We’ll gather from 6:30–7:30 PM at LCCC’s CCI Building, Room 125, to introduce ourselves, share experiences, and discuss our interests and goals for the group. We’ll also learn about Yarrow, sample yarrow tea and tincture, and explore how it looks throughout the seasons. Then we’ll pick an herb to focus on at our next meeting and brainstorm some activities for future gatherings.
