In my experience you should always follow what your body tells you. Some people love exercise, do it, some don’t. Doesn’t mean you shouldnt try it. Some people love yoga, do it, or don’t Some people love chiropractic, western medicine or eastern, and anywhere in between. Im happy with my traditional docs too, because I understand chemistry . I love wine, hate raw celery. Tried to like the latter. Don’t, so I don’t eat it. The point is every BODY is different and we all grew up and changed as our bodies have over time. So if you’re curious about something, do it, even if it’s only one time. If you don’t try it, you’ll never know. Happy Sunday!
