Whether you're facing a stressful day at work, preparing for a big event, or just need a moment of peace, box breathing can be your go-to tool.

To practice, follow these easy steps:
1️⃣ Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4, filling your lungs completely.
2️⃣ Hold your breath for another count of 4.
3️⃣ Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 4, releasing all the tension.
4️⃣ Hold your breath again for a count of 4 before starting the cycle over.

Repeat this process for several minutes, focusing on your breath and the rhythm it creates. As you practice, you may notice a sense of calm washing over you and clarity returning to your mind. Remember, it’s okay to take a moment for yourself—self-care is vital for mental health.
