✦Quick workouts - Bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, or push-ups take just a few minutes.
✦Play your favorite song and dance around the house.
It’s fun and great cardio.

2. At Work 💼
✦Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
✦Take phone calls while walking around.
✦Engage in desk exercises like stretching your legs, seated marches, or try calf raises while working.
✦Take lunch break walks - A 10-15minute walk after lunch boosts circulation and energy.

When your mind is constantly stressed, and filled with thoughts like “I’m exhausted,” “I can’t handle this,” and “I’m always tense”, your body often reacts by:
• tightening muscles
• raising stress hormones
• feeling more tired, or restless
• recovering more slowly

On the flip side, when your thought patterns are calmer, and more reassuring, your body tends to:
• relax more easily
• breathe deeper
• move with less tension
• cope better with physical strain

This isn't saying “Just think positive and you’ll never be sick.” It’s saying mental patterns influence physical responses like stress, posture, sleep, and how much pain you notice.

You need to brush twice a day due to the fact that when you eat and drink beverages, film forms on your teeth that contains bacteria.

🛑Stop assuming so long as you brush in the morning and get rid of that morning breath, means you’re good to go. You need to brush at night so food does not sit on your teeth all night long.

Brushing twice a day removes this buildup of bacteria during the day and night as well.
